Refund & Return Policy
We’re naturally very proud of the fabric, quality and craftsmanship that goes into making each and every Drishti Beats product, including our accredited yoga teacher training. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached. Mats, blocks, straps and hats cannot be returned or refunded.
- 200h, 300h, & 500h Trainings ,although we don’t think you’ll ever want one, we’ll gladly provide a full refund if it’s requested within 7 days of registration.
- Workshops, due to the short nature of yoga workshops, we are unable to offer refunds.
- Festival Tickets, Retreats, and Event-based Tickets are non-refundable.
Refund will be made in the form of original payment within two weeks of receiving the goods back in our warehouse. Any orders will be subject to a $5.00 restocking fee which we be deducted from the refund.
E-gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
If you do not see an answer to your question above, or would like to return an item back to us, please send us an email at hello@drishtibeats.com for an RMA number. You will be responsible for shipping the item back via a tracked mail carrier.
In the unlikely event you find a fault with a product you’ve received, please reach out to our Customer Service team at hello@drishtibeats.com so we can assist you. In your email please include:
- A photo of the affected garment
- A description of the fault
- The order number the garment is associated with
