To provide the best opportunity for our vendors and variation for our customers, we carefully consider each vendor and their product offerings. You are responsible for your accommodations. Please check visit the accommodation page for some recommendations to help you find a place to stay during the festival.

We thank you in advance for your interest as we continue to curate the best layout for vendor locations at this year’s festival. Our intention is to work towards creating the best experience for you and all of this year’s attendees.

CHECK-IN
Vendor check in will be the day before the festival begins, but if you need a special exception and require two days, please let us know that when you register. On Thursday July 6, 2023, we will ask you to come to vendor check-in no sooner than 9:00 am, at which time you will receive your credentials. Once received you will be directed to your location and you may begin to set up your area. We will ask that you arrive no later than 6:00 pm on July 6.

PARKING
We will provide you details on where to drive your car/trailer to check-in and then unload. Once unloaded, we will ask you to move your vehicle to an outside parking area. No vehicles will be allowed on the grassy portion of Base Village, per City of Snowmass Village regulations, during set up, and vehicles will not be allowed to stay as part of your vending area. Unattended Vehicles left in the unloading/loading area, will be towed at the owner’s expense. For those who need to restock each day, arrangements can be made with one of the Vendor Coordinators.

TENT
If you are bringing your own tent, please let us know the size of your tent at the time of registration. Your tent must be no larger than 10’x10’, unless discussed, in advance with us. Please note that it will, more than likely, rain at some point during the weekend. Please prepare for weather and have covering for all 4 sides of your tent just in case!

The City of Snowmass Village does not allow tents to be anchored down with stakes, but rather must be weighted with some other sort of weight. This is due to the fact that the ground beneath where the event will be taking place is laden with sprinklers and an electrical grid which cannot be punctured.

If you need to “borrow” a tent, Snowmass Village does have 10×10 tents to lend. One caveat is that you will be fully responsible for that tent and while Snowmass Village claims that most, if not all, tents are in tip top shape, they will not take responsibility for water leakage if it should rain. We highly recommend you bringing your own tent to ensure that you are satisfied with your own little home for our festival.

If you do borrow one of the tents you are solely responsible to set it up and break it down and no liability will be assumed by Snowmass Village or Drishti Beats or Drishti Beats Yoga and Music Festival, LLC. In addition, you are solely responsible for setting up and breaking down your own tent. Please let us know, in advance, if you will need to borrow a tent.

OVERNIGHT
While Snowmass Village is generally a very safe place to leave things unattended and there is very little crime, we highly recommend you lock up, secure, and/or take merchandise to your room overnight. You will have to assume all responsibility for any wares that you bring and neither Snowmass Village, nor Drishti Beats™, nor Drishti Beats Yoga & Music Festival, LLC be responsible for loss of any kind.

INSURANCE
Each vendor will be required to have a certificate of liability insurance listing Drishti Beats Yoga & Music Festival as additionally insured. General Liability policy required in the amount of $1 million general aggregate, $1 million each occurrence, $1 million products completed operations, $50,000 damage to rental premises, $1 million auto liability and proof of workers compensation coverage.
