Adyn began teaching in 2015 after my grandfather and father passed away from cancer. As an ambassador of yoga, She aims to move and speak from a place of authenticity. Her students are my biggest teachers and my sole focus. Creating a safe space for people to feel and heal in whatever way they need is my passion. We are all fighting silent, invisible battles that are often not seen or heard. She invites her students to ‘follow a feeling’:
Yoga is so much more of a feeling than any one shape we make. As we’ve all heard at one point or another: yoga is not a “one size fits all” practice and my guidance caters to those beautiful differences.
Masterclass: Powerful Slow Flow
The energy of this class is a great start to the Festival. This practice is much like that of a wave. Beginning slow and meditative; then begin to find rhythm and build the heat through thoughtful flows and intentional holds. End with a sweet descent into surrendering shapes and savasana.
